Decoda currently has three parts to its enterprise: the Music Gym in Hastings which with its innovative equipment, sound, lights, space, inflatables and music provides fun activities for members (people with profound disabilities) and support staff to enjoy together; developing and selling specialist equipment for others to start their own Music Gym and training and development for people who want to run a Music Gym.
